Hello, I’m Rebecca Perez and I’m hoping to join our student government as a member of our senate at-large. I’m a transfer student from West Hills College, Lemoore, a ten-year veteran in the US Air Force and I currently serve as President of the Student Veterans Organization on campus. I am also a work study student for the Veterans Resource Center and therefore spend a significant amount of time on campus every day. And while spending so much time here, I’ve grown to love this campus and all that it offers. I would appreciate the opportunity to be part of this campus in a larger way, to give back and make a difference. I would bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and diversity to the team. I hope you see that too.
