Hey Bulldogs! My name is Caroline Alvarez and I’m a third-year student majoring in Pre-Nursing. I’ve always enjoyed meeting and working with fellow students, from classrooms to tailgates. I currently hold the position of Vice President of External Affairs. I have learned so much from serving on committees, hosting civic engagement events, and meeting with administration for systemic change. This is why I am running again to further my involvement at this campus, in our community, and in the CSU system overall. In my second term, I plan to work harder on increasing civic engagement and work with other CSU leaders on initiatives to better student life. Also, being a Fresno native myself I’ve seen many wonders this city offers that sometimes go unseen. Therefore, I would use my strong community network to further cultivate a relationship between our beautiful city and amazing students.
